*Due to the popularity of our programs we cannot offer refunds once you have reserved a ride if any rider 1)choses not to go, or 2)fails to meet the restrictions upon arrival, or 3)does not arrive for the ride.  We turn too many people away and are holding your spots specifically, so you will be committed once your ride is reserved.  Thank you for your understanding!

  • We will need all riders' full names, height, weight, and date of birth to match you to the correct size horse.  Without this your reservation will not be reserved and there will be no refunds.   After completing your reservation please send ALL riders' information to:   [email protected] with a subject that includes the date and time and last name of your reservation.  (Text is also accepted.  SMS messaging rates for your own carrier apply.)

  • Restrictions do apply.  Riders will be measured upon arrival and if the requirements are not met there will be no refunds.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  Restrictions are for the health and safety of all riders and horses.  Management reserves the right to make final determination on riders.

  • Pony Rides are on a first come, first served basis.  If we are helping a trail ride depart or dismount there will be a wait.  Pony rides are lead one child at a time.

  • Min Age: 8yrs  Min Height: 54" (4'6") Min Weight: 70 pounds)
  • Max Age: Management discretion  Max Height: 6'4"  Max Weight: 225 pounds (NO exceptions)

IMPORTANT EMAIL INFORMATION:

The reservation site will require an email address for each rider.  We understand children may not have an email or want an email confirmation.  It will not allow reuse of the same email as the parent, unfortunately.  We recommend putting:  [email protected] to bypass this. 
Sorry for the extra step; we are recommending they do away with this requirement!
